What values do e-gift cards come in?

For Portuguese Treasures e-Gift Cards you can choose any value from £10, £25, £50, £100 and £200.

How will my e-gift card be delivered?

When buying an e-gift card online, you can choose to send an e-gift card by email or text message. We’ll ask you for the email address or mobile phone number of the person it’s for. We’ll email or text your e-gift card to whoever you choose, along with instructions on how to use it. If you don’t have their email address or mobile phone number, then you can send the e-gift card to yourself to forward on later if you would prefer. We’ll also send the purchaser a purchase email confirmation.

Can a gift card be used more than once? 

Yes, provided there is still a balance remaining on the card.

Can more than one gift card be used towards a purchase?

Yes. A customer can redeem another gift card during checkout.

Can a gift card be used to buy a gift card?

No, you can't use a gift card to buy another gift card.

Can a gift card be used to pay for shipping and taxes?

Yes, gift cards are applied to the final order total which includes shipping and taxes.

Can gift cards be used in conjunction with a discount code?

Yes, gift cards are a form of payment.




Delivery & Returns

Standard UK delivery

Our standard shipping for UK is sent by (Royal Mail 48h) and aimed to deliver in 2 to 3 working days. This will be included on the checkout. Orders placed by 12 noon will be dispatched that same day.
Free shipping is available only in UK and for orders from £60.00 except on Interior Design & Construction (cork wall and floor tiles, cork insulation and ceramic tiles).

UK express/next day delivery

If you need something quickly, we offer Tracked Express Delivery to UK destinations. The product will be delivered the next working day. Please note that for this option we must receive your order before 12 noon. 

International delivery

We will, of course, ship to any destination. The shipping cost will be calculated for you on checkout and it is calculated based on the destination, size and the weight of the product. If you are buying multiple products, please contact us before completing the purchase, and we can get a quote for the shipment to your address.
We provide full tracking for all international orders via major couriers, such as Parcel Force, UPS, FedEx, DPD, and DHL

How long will it take to receive my order?
Here are some shipping time estimates:

EU countries: 3 to 5 working days

USA and Canada: 3 to 7 working days

Australia: 5 to 10 working days

Rest of the world: 5 to 15 working days

Customs and import taxes

Portuguese Treasures Ltd is an UK registered business and all orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been placed?

You may change your delivery address after placing your order by getting in touch with us. However we are unable to make any changes to your order once it has been dispatched.

How will I know you've received my order?

As soon as you've placed your order, check your inbox for your order confirmation email.

Can I track my order?

Within UK, only express orders are trackable. You will receive a tracking reference with your order confirmation email. All international orders are dispatched through a service with tracking. If your order is taking to long to arrive please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

Return/exchange policy?

We are pride in the quality of our products and  take customer satisfaction seriously. If you  wish to exchange the product you bought from us, we will be happy to exchange within 30 days of receipt if the item is unopened/unused. For more details please check our Returns and and Exchanges Policy.
