DESCRIPTION
The collection of field tiles highlights the essence of its material, the clay. Tiles with a subtle worn and a crackle effect for that antique look. Handcrafted in Portugal, using traditional techniques and available in a wide range of colours.

Made of pure clay, squares with sharp edges and irregular surface. Slight variations of size, colour and weight are to be expected. Due their handmade nature we suggest a tile grout spacing of 2mm (0.2 cm). To cover 1m2 are needed 370 tiles. We recommend you order 10% extra tiles for cutting and fitting.

The Dry Colours is a range of 14 minimal, boho-organic unglazed bisque hues, resulting in a suede-matt warm finish.

DELIVERY
The minimum amount for any orders (except the samples) is 3 square meters. Within those 3m2 You can combine different shapes tiles but must be all the same colour.
Delivery in approximately 4-6 weeks, subject to confirmation from our atelier.

SAMPLES
We hold some samples for immediate dispatch for you to check the quality of the tiles. These samples are all the same colour, the Blue Ocean Surf.
 
DELIVERY COSTS
Free Delivery to any UK address. For the rest of world delivery costs depend upon order weight and delivery location. They are calculated at checkout after you've added your customer information and then added to the total. For multiple items orders please contact us and we will get quotes from international shipping agents.

Delivery & Returns

Standard UK delivery

Our standard shipping for UK is sent by (Royal Mail 48h) and aimed to deliver in 2 to 3 working days. This will be included on the checkout. Orders placed by 12 noon will be dispatched that same day.
Free shipping is available only in UK and for orders from £60.00 except on Interior Design & Construction (cork wall and floor tiles, cork insulation and ceramic tiles).

UK express/next day delivery

If you need something quickly, we offer Tracked Express Delivery to UK destinations. The product will be delivered the next working day. Please note that for this option we must receive your order before 12 noon. 

International delivery

We will, of course, ship to any destination. The shipping cost will be calculated for you on checkout and it is calculated based on the destination, size and the weight of the product. If you are buying multiple products, please contact us before completing the purchase, and we can get a quote for the shipment to your address.
We provide full tracking for all international orders via major couriers, such as Parcel Force, UPS, FedEx, DPD, and DHL

How long will it take to receive my order?
Here are some shipping time estimates:

EU countries: 3 to 5 working days

USA and Canada: 3 to 7 working days

Australia: 5 to 10 working days

Rest of the world: 5 to 15 working days

Customs and import taxes

Portuguese Treasures Ltd is an UK registered business and all orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been placed?

You may change your delivery address after placing your order by getting in touch with us. However we are unable to make any changes to your order once it has been dispatched.

How will I know you've received my order?

As soon as you've placed your order, check your inbox for your order confirmation email.

Can I track my order?

Within UK, only express orders are trackable. You will receive a tracking reference with your order confirmation email. All international orders are dispatched through a service with tracking. If your order is taking to long to arrive please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

Return/exchange policy?

We are pride in the quality of our products and  take customer satisfaction seriously. If you  wish to exchange the product you bought from us, we will be happy to exchange within 30 days of receipt if the item is unopened/unused. For more details please check our Returns and and Exchanges Policy.
