Instructions
- Remove the soil and seeds packet. Leave the clay pebbles at the bottom and fill with soil.
- Open the seeds packet, sprinkle a few seeds on top of the soil and slightly cover the seeds until half centimetre.
- Keep the soil moisten but not over-watering (a bottle spray works well).
- Cover with a plastic bag and set in a warm place with natural light but without direct sun.
- Check daily if the soil is moisten. When the seeds germinate, remove the plastic bag and keep in a natural light spot.
- Add water when the soil appears to be dry. When the plants are mature they need water every day.
Delivery & Returns
Standard UK delivery
Our standard shipping for UK is sent by (Royal Mail Tracked 48h) and aimed to deliver in 2 to 3 working days. This will be included on the checkout. Orders placed by 12 noon will be dispatched that same day.
Free shipping is available only in UK and for orders from £60.00 except on Interior Design & Construction (cork wall and floor tiles, cork insulation and ceramic tiles).
UK express/next day delivery
If you need something quickly, we offer Tracked Express Delivery to UK destinations. The product will be delivered the next working day. Please note that for this option we must receive your order before 12 noon.
International delivery
We will, of course, ship to any destination. The shipping cost will be calculated for you on checkout and it is calculated based on the destination, size and the weight of the product. If you are buying multiple products, please contact us before completing the purchase, and we can get a quote for the shipment to your address.
We provide full tracking for all international orders via major couriers, such as Parcel Force, UPS, FedEx, DPD, and DHL
How long will it take to receive my order?
Here are some shipping time estimates:
EU countries: 3 to 5 working days
USA and Canada: 3 to 7 working days

Customs and import taxes
Portuguese Treasures Ltd is an UK registered business and all orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
Can I change my shipping address after my order has been placed?
You may change your delivery address after placing your order by getting in touch with us. However we are unable to make any changes to your order once it has been dispatched.
How will I know you've received my order?
As soon as you've placed your order, check your inbox for your order confirmation email.
Can I track my order?
All orders are fully tracked. You will receive a tracking reference with your order confirmation email. All international orders are dispatched through a service with tracking. If your order is taking to long to arrive please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
Return/exchange policy?
