Envirograf Fire Retardant Coating for Cork Wall Tiles

To ensure that non-fire rated cork wall tiles are safe for commercial use, it is necessary to apply a fire retardant coating after installation. The Envirograf coating, made in the UK, offers a durable solution for all internal applications of cork wall tiles. 

A cork wall tile with two coats of this fire retardant (1L per 10m2) will achieve a fire resistance classification of B-s2,d2.

The tiles can be installed normally and the fire retardant coating can be applied after the adhesive has fully cured, using either a brush or roller. The base coat typically dries within an hour, allowing for large areas to be completed in a day. 

Consumption rate: 2 coatings at 8m² per litre per coat

Material: water based protective top coating

Airing time: dries in one hour, allowing for the quick completion of large areas in a single day.

Application: the installation of cork wall tiles follows a standard process, and after the adhesive has cured, a two-coat application of fire retardant coating can be used with either a brush or roller.

Our standard shipping for UK is sent by (Royal Mail Tracked 48h) and aimed to deliver in 2 to 3 working days. This will be included on the checkout. Orders placed by 12 noon will be dispatched that same day.
Free shipping is available only in UK and for orders from £60.00 except on Interior Design & Construction (cork wall and floor tiles, cork insulation and ceramic tiles).

UK express/next day delivery

If you need something quickly, we offer Tracked Express Delivery to UK destinations. The product will be delivered the next working day. Please note that for this option we must receive your order before 12 noon. 

International delivery

We will, of course, ship to any destination. The shipping cost will be calculated for you on checkout and it is calculated based on the destination, size and the weight of the product. If you are buying multiple products, please contact us before completing the purchase, and we can get a quote for the shipment to your address.
