Standard UK delivery

Our standard shipping for UK is sent by (Royal Mail Tracked 48h) and aimed to deliver in 2 to 3 working days. This will be included on the checkout. Orders placed by 12 noon will be dispatched that same day.
Free shipping is available only in UK and for orders from £60.00 except on Interior Design & Construction (cork wall and floor tiles, cork insulation and ceramic tiles).

UK express/next day delivery

If you need something quickly, we offer Tracked Express Delivery to UK destinations. The product will be delivered the next working day. Please note that for this option we must receive your order before 12 noon. 

International delivery

We will, of course, ship to any destination. The shipping cost will be calculated for you on checkout and it is calculated based on the destination, size and the weight of the product. If you are buying multiple products, please contact us before completing the purchase, and we can get a quote for the shipment to your address.

What is the Portuguese Treasures return/exchange policy?

We are pride in the quality of our products and  take customer satisfaction seriously. If you wish to exchange the product you bought from us, we will be happy to exchange within 30 days of receipt if the item is unopened/unused.

Installation Instructions
  1. Make a mark with a pencil on the board where you would
    like the screws, one in each corner.
  2. Insert the eyelets on the screws
  3. Lay the board on a flat horizontal surface and drill the
    screws with eyelets through the cork but only to the surface of the back of the
    board.
  4. With the screws in place, hold the board against the wall
    and decide where it looks its best.
  5. When you are happy with the position, still holding the
    board in its position, screw the screws a bit more to make a mark on the wall.
  6. Remove the board and make sure that the marks on the wall
    are well visible. If not, repeat the previous step.
  7. Drill the wall with an 8mm drill in the places you marked
    on the wall. Insert the wall plugs on those holes.
  8. Hold the Cork Board back against the wall and gently
    insert the tips of the screws into the wall plugs, and screw them in.

The tools needed to fix the notice boards are:

  1. Driller
  2. 8mm drill
  3. Pencil or pen to mark the
    holes on the boards
  4. Level to assure that the
    boards are​ levelled
  5. Philips screwdriver
